Some Services are paid. Prices may change without notice. Payments may be made by card or crypto where available. Refunds are assessed case by case; see our Chargebacks, Fraud & Refunds Policy.
12-15. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content but grant Babelocator a non-exclusive worldwide license to use it for Services and promotion. Do not upload content you lack rights to publish. Babelocator owns Site IP excluding user content.
13, 16-17. Liability
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, Babelocator disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
14. General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
